We are Barbara and Mauro, husband and wife in life and partners in business.
If there's one thing we've learned along the way, it's that big changes require courage, vision and deep trust in the future.
That journey on 11 January 2014
For many years we ran a business of over 2,000 square metres in Italy. A substantial, well-organised operation that taught us the importance of organisation, customer care and managing large projects. Eventually, though, we felt the time had come to rewrite the rules of our future.
11 January 2014 is the date that changed everything.
We landed in Tenerife with two children, four suitcases and one clear desire: to build a new life and put our business experience to work on a new project. We didn't just want to take a trip — we wanted to put down roots in an extraordinary place.

The birth of My Property Tenerife
A few months after we arrived, on 1 April 2014, My Property Tenerife was officially born.
Knowing first-hand what it means to take a big step — whether that's relocating, investing a lifetime of savings, or buying a first holiday home — we wanted to create a different kind of estate agency. A safe, transparent and human point of reference for anyone looking to buy or sell property in Tenerife.
